I believe a life worth living is one filled with joy and abundance, and that our greatest
guides to such bliss are through optimising our breath, being present in our physical body and finding our personal balance.


I’m Daisy, a breath coach, somatic therapist and yin yoga teacher. 

Amongst much else I’m also a life long fan of self-discovery and exploring the many available tools that support this process. My search has led me to what I believe to be the most powerful tools at our disposal – breath, body and balance.
